Five Rockets from Syria Land in Lebanonís Hermel Region
Local Editor

Lebanon mapFive rockets have been fired Saturday at Lebanon coming from Syrian territories, Al-Manar correspondent reported.

The rockets landed in open areas of the Northern Beqaa region of Hermel.
No casualties have been reported.

This was not the first time Syria militiamen rockets passed Lebanon’s northern borders to target residential areas.

In May 9, four rockets have been landed in Assi Valley, near the Teachers’ House parallel to the governmental hospital of Hermel. The attack only caused material damage.

Fire from the conflict in neighboring Syria has regularly spilled over into Lebanon, killing two people in the most recent incident on April 14.

Since the Syrian violent unrest erupted in March 2011, there have been numerous deadly clashes along the northern and eastern borders of Lebanon.

There have also been clashes between the Lebanese army and armed groups seeking to prevent the infiltration of fighters into Lebanon.

1 - REASON TO FORCE SYRIA OUT OF LEBANON
Ivan88 | USA 22:33 2013-05-13
It has become obvious The reason the Axis of Hypocrisy wanted Syria out of Lebanon was to prepare the
road for a war against Syria. The Israelis bombed Lebanon to create chaos, and the Saudi Wahabi terrorists
began digging tunnels to bring supplies and terrorists into Syria.
2 - LEBANON WAS A KEY TO WAR ON SYRIA
Ivan88 | USA 23:20 2013-05-13
Now is obvious why the Axis of Hypocrisy wanted Syria out of Lebanon. One reason was to clear the way for
building tunnels and supply depots for the war on syria they were planning.THE GUARDIAN says
\"...pressuring the Gulf states to starve rival militias of arms. Without that happening, there is no
political solution.\"
