Military opposition in Syria was dealt two severe and strategic blows in two weeks, the first one came when the Syrian forces succeeded in liberating and controlling Mando hill near Homs

  • Recent reports received by high Western intelligence circles revealed a big disappointment vis a vis the conduct of the military and takfiri groups fighting against the Syrian government forces. These reports uncovered information about several battles among these factions, which caused scores of killings and casualties among them. The Western sources expressed fear that the three coming weeks will witness more divisions and battles among the groups and suggested direct and urgent support to avoid a comprehensive collapse in their front.

  • According to well-informed sources, there is a deep conflict between Saudis and Qataris concerning the crisis in Syria and the recent devastating blows that the military groups received lately. The Saudis accuse the Qatari government of hijacking the leadership and dictating a unilateral role without consulting with them about many sensitive issues in politics as well as in the battlefield.
