FSA Humiliates the Yellow Man of Aleppo

FSA Humiliates the Yellow Man of Aleppo

The latest victim was one of the famous characters of the touristic city of Aleppo, known as the "the Yellow Man."

Syria: the Yellow Man of AleppoSince the beginning of the insurgency, the so-called “Free Syrian Army (FSA)” has spared no area to demonstrate its cruelty against actors, journalists, TV presenters, sportsmen, doctors, public officials, protesters, ordinary citizens, young and old.

It is enough for anyone to express sympathy with the Syrian authorities or the regular army, or to reject the armed insurgency in order to suffer abduction, torture, humiliation and liquidation.

Last week, the latest victim was one of the famous characters of the touristic city of Aleppo, known as the "the Yellow Man."

Syria: the Yellow Man of AleppoFor about thirty years, Abu Zakour used to walk in the old souks of Aleppo, dressed in lemon yellow from hair to shoes, including his mobile phone and his rosary. The yellow man earns his living from a monthly salary offered by the municipality, as well as from taking photos for tourists.

Unfortunately, the 70 years of age have not saved him neither from being kidnapped by the FSA militiamen, nor to be taken by the "security committee of the revolution" (security body created by the insurgents), who slapped his face, humiliated and insulted him, claiming he is "a collaborator of the regime."

The images that filmed the humiliating abuse against the Yellow Man are incredibly violent: One of the kidnappers put his foot on the head, asked him to bark and say that he loves the FSA. Other insurgents succeeded in pulling his whiskers.

While taking pictures, the FSA gunmen curiously recalled the abuses of American torturers in the Abu-Greib prison.

Syria: father of Syrian actress RaghdaAlso, the father of an actress

Another Syrian, even older than the "yellow man" of Aleppo, has also suffered of the barbarity of FSA militiamen.

Living in the town of Haritane north of Aleppo, the 90-year old Mahmoud Naanaa, father of the famous Syrian actress Raghda has been caught in video footage wearing a bonnet and shawl of the French rule flag, adopted by the FSA, while trying to disavow his daughter known for her sympathetic stances towards the Syrian government.

A source close to the actress told the Arabi-Press website that the old man suffers of dementia since 8 years, excluding the possibility that the video will be posted on the web "because it shows that he no longer enjoys the full mental capacity."

A childish Facebook message writes that "the father of the actress said that he loved his daughter in the past, but today, he loves the free Syrian army, and pray to God to live as long as possible to witness the fall of the regime!!
