Tripoli Rivals Agree to Ceasefire
Local Editor

security in Tripoli. North LebanonThe Islamic National Gathering agreed on Wednesday to a ceasefire in the clashes of the northern city of Tripoli, which will come into effect as of 5:30 p.m, local Naharnet news website reported.

The initiative was supported by Prime Minister Najib Miqati and granted the army the right to respond to the sources of gunfire.

Clashes between the rival neighborhoods of Bab al-Tabbaneh and Jabal Mohsen erupted on Monday over a personal dispute.

At least ten people have been killed and 80 wounded in the ongoing clashes.

The initiative was agreed upon by all the Bab al-Tabbaneh factions, the website stated.

“The army and security forces are our one guarantee for security because they are obligated to protect the people and preserve stability,” he noted.

Miqati later issued a statement stressing the role of the army and security forces in controlling the situation in Tripoli.

He held a series of security meetings at the Grand Serail aimed at addressing the situation in the northern city, adding that all violators of security must be arrested.

1 - anti-elelectronic-warfares of muslims.??
frank chau | Philippines 07:09 2012-08-23
there are many kinds of electronic-warfares, like electro-magnetic-pulse (e.m.p.) which can jamm fry
entire city computers, and nuclear explosions in the sky to jamm entire city or nation telecoms, and
anti-radiations (radar jammer) missiles or electronics and many many other more. remember that its now
the world of electronics and micro-processors and micro-chips and semi-conductors and wi-fi and etc..
thats why hezbollah syria must must have anti-electronic-warfares, and syrian jet-fighter-bombers must be
armed with electronic-warfares to be more easily enter israel’s airspace and bombs all his cities and
towns and bases and even villages.
