Lebanon, Israeli Entity Exchange Rocket Attacks

The Israeli enemy fired four missiles on the southern village of Aita Al-Shaab Tuesday morning after a rocket was fired from Lebanon on western Galilee.

The rockets caused only material damage on both sides, but the Israeli enemy warned of such actions holding the Lebanese government and the Lebanese army the responsibility.

The Israeli public radio reported that one of the rockets fired at the occupied Palestinian territories caused minor damage, while another landed in a populated area but failed to explode. However, settlers in northern Israel were asked to go to air raid shelters.

In parallel, the Lebanese National News Agency quoted security forces as saying that “Israel deployed its forces along the eastern sector of the Lebanese border after the rocket attack on Galilee,” adding that “Israeli troops backed by Merkava tanks and armored personnel carriers were seen along the border.”

On the other hand, the agency said that Israeli war planes violated the Lebanese airspace and flew over various southern regions.
