The Syrian army and allies regained Qalaa height in the west of Kensaba in Latakia northern countryside near the Turkish border, clashing with Nusra Front (Qaeda branch in the Levant) terrorists and killing scores of them.

The Syrian warplanes also struck ISIL posts in Jarajir barrens in Qalamoun in Damascus countryside.
