The second phase of the armistice deal in the cities of Zabadani and Kefraya and Al-Foua has begun on monday morning with the arrival of a convoy of ambulances and buses to the cities

The second phase of the armistice deal in the cities of Zabadani and Kefraya and Al-Foua has begun on Monday morning with the arrival of a convoy of ambulances and buses to the cities in preparation to bring out the wounded from both sides simultaneously.

According to Al-Manar reporters, two planes took off from Hatay airport in Turkey to Beirut, moving 363 persons from Kefraya & Foua.

In Beirut, preparation measures were taken to move the injured coming from Kefraya and Foua to the hospitals. 

The convoy which had transported 123 injured terrorists from Zabadani arrived in Beirut before flying to Turkey and that which had moved 363 persons from the besieged Kefraya and Foua crossed to Turkey before flying to Beirut. 


truce dealUnder the agreement, 336 wounded with their families in besieged Kefraya and Foua in Northern Idleb countryside were scheduled to be evacuated to the Turkish border from where they will then fly to Beirut.

On the other hand, 123 wounded militants with their families in Al-Zabadani city in Damascus countryside were scheduled to have a safe passage to Beirut airport and from there to their final destination Turkey with the aid of the Red Cross.

A convoy of vehicles and ambulances belonging to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) had arrived at the Masnaa border crossing escorted by General Security cars, media reports said.
