30 Yemeni Civilians Killed in Saudi Airstrikes

Saudi fighter jets bombed several residential areas across Yemen on Monday, killing 30 civilians in the province of Hajjah, and dozens more in the province of Ibb.

Also on Monday, Saudi war planes pounded several residential areas in the Yemeni capital city of Sana’a, killing at least 25 civilians.

Saudi-US aggression targeted the districts of Hasbah, Sawan as well as a sports stadium in the capital, killing 25 people and injuring dozens of others.

Several residential houses as well as an administrative building were destroyed in the airstrikes.

Saudi Arabia has been striking Yemen for 181 days now to restore power to fugitive president Abed Rabbu Mansour Hadi, a close ally of Riyadh. The Saudi-led aggression has so far killed at least 6,161 Yemenis, including hundreds of women and children.

Despite Riyadh’s claims that it is bombing the positions of the Ansarullah fighters, Saudi warplanes are flattening residential areas and civilian infrastructures.
