In the first public comments on the Iran agreement by a senior Saudi official, al-Jubeir did not explicitly endorse or reject the deal at a meeting with Secretary of State John Kerry on Thursday, Reuters said.

"He stressed the need for inspections to verify Iran is complying and the 'snapback' of sanctions if it is found to be cheating."

Iran and the P5+1 – the United States, Britain, France, China, Russia and Germany – reached a conclusion on the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) in Vienna on Tuesday.

According to the text of the JCPOA, Iran will be recognized by the United Nations as a nuclear power and will continue its uranium enrichment program.

Both Saudi Arabia and the Zionist entity are infuriated by the nuclear deal.
