Scores of terrorists were killed in military actions against their strongholds in Flita's and Qara's barrens in Syria's Qalamoun as the Syrian army controlled three strategic hills in the area, according to Al-Manar reporter.

The Syrian warplanes targeted the terrorists' sites and field hospitals in Arsal barrens at the Lebanese-Syrian border, inflicting heavy losses upon them.

For its part, the Lebanese army also struck the various militants' positions in Arsal barrens.
