Sayyed Ammar al- Hakim, leader of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, expressed his regret for the statement issued by al-Azhar in Egypt on the military operations in Salahuddin province in Iraq, noting that it is based on false and fabricated data.

Sayyed Hakim called on al-Azhar to send a delegation to examine the veracity of the claims that were fabricated by a group of people who survive by sowing the seeds of the sectarian sedition in Iraq.  

Sayyed Hakim asserted that ISIL has become the main incentive for the Iraqis to unite after it planned to incite the internal conflicts.
