Mughniyeh-FranjiyehOn the seventh anniversary of the martyrdom of Hezbollah military leader Hajj Imad Mughniyeh, a biography, which includes unpublished pictures and a rich material that tackle his life, was circulated recently.

Replicas was written in Arabic and translated to English and Persian under the supervision of Hajj Imad Mughniyeh's daughter, Fatima.

Two of the pictures were published in public for the first time showed Hezbollah military commander with the Lebanese former minister and Marada Movement leader MP Suleiman Franjiyeh.

According to the narrative, the two men were moved to Naqoura at the Lebanese southern border on October 26th, 2004. At that time, Franjiyeh was the Interior Minister in the deceased PM Omar Karami's government.

MP Suleiman Franjiyeh shared his experience with Hajj Imad Mughniyeh in the book, "On that day, I waited for the guy in a small pick-up. Guys told me that his name is Hajj Jihad. We've carried the patrol starting from the shores to Shebaa. I was surprised by the huge data he had about the ammunition of the Israeli Army."

Franjiyeh added that Hajj Imad Mughniyeh told him while handing me a book, "Our most important instructor is the Israeli enemy, whom we observe closely. We observe its developments and updates."

According to Franjiyeh, the book included the entire Israeli weapons that the mujahideens had spotted at the border, explaining the efficacy of each weapon.

"We have,Mughniyeh-Franjiyeh also, seen the military facilities, trenchers and rocket launchers. Then we ate at a restaurant near Khiyam Prison. (It had not been ruined yet). I felt that he was a specialist, confident, profound and modest. I have not seen in all the Lebanese parties such a person who embraces all these characteristics at once," Franjiyeh noted.

"Upon the outbreak of July war, I was depicting the battle. I was confident as per its outcomes. By 2007, I had not met him since the very last patrol. Then, we resumed our relation, and we had a continual contact until his martyrdom," Franjiyeh pointed out.

"After the propagation of his photos, I was shocked because of his very martyrdom and due to the fact that he, himself, is Imad Mughniyeh. Upon my first meeting with him, it was obvious that I was dealing with an important official from Hezbollah, thought I never thought about him as being Imad Mughniyeh himself. His concern was to put an end to the existence of the Zionist entity," MP Suleiman Franjiyeh said.
