Syrian Army Strikes ISIL Strongholds in Deir Ezour, Kills 18 Terrorists

The Syrian army struck one of ISIL training camps in Deir Ezour, killing 17 terrorists, the opposing UK-based Syrian Observatory said.

The strike hit dormitories in the camp in the Euphrates valley town of Tibni in Deir Ezzor province, it added.

The air force also hit jihadist targets in neighboring Hasakah province late Saturday, the Observatory noted.

The Syrian army found the stronghold of Nusra commander Abu Mohammad al-Joulani in a cavern in Hamah northern countryside.

In the same area, the Syrian military controlled Zallaqeya village after fierce clashes with the terrorists.

In Damascus countryside, the Syrian army clashed fiercely with the   militants in Doukhaneya, killing a number of them.

The Syrian army also advanced in Jobar neighborhood in eastern Gouta, inflicting heavy losses upon the terrorists in the area.
