The Turkish gendarme personnel inspected in Adana city near the Syrian borders 7 trucks laden with weapons upon information that the trucks were conveying weapons and ammunition to the armed terrorist groups in Syria, then they were relieved of their duties.

The event was coincided with a corruption scandal targeted Turkish Premier Reccep Tayyip Erdogan on mid December 2013. Erdogan launched a wide-scale purgation process in the judicial and police ranks under the pretext of “Foreign Conspiracy” targeting his government.
