Palestine: Zionist occupation forcesViolence has erupted in the West Bank and the Gaza Strip between Zionists and Palestinians after peace talks hindered following a Zionist refusal to uphold its side of a prisoner release agreement.

A Palestinian woman, Noha Qatamesh, 45, died of Zionist teargas on Monday during clashes between occupation forces and Palestinian protesters in the Aida refugee camp near the West Bank town of Bethlehem, a medical source said.

According to eyewitnesses, Zionist forces used teargas canisters and rubber bullets during the clashes with Palestinian protesters.

Meanwhile, one 'Israeli' was killed and two others were injured in a Monday shooting near an army checkpoint in the West Bank, a Zionist military spokesman said.

The Zionist daily Yediot Aharonot had earlier reported that Palestinians opened fire on the car in which the two Zionists were driving in the village of Tarqumiyah northwest of Hebron.

The Ezzeddin Al-Qassam Brigades, the armed wing of Hamas, has hailed killing of the Zionist man in a shooting attack in the West Bank, saying the attack was a reaction to "Israeli crimes" against the Palestinian people.

Hamas, which rules the Gaza Strip, earlier hailed the attack, describing it as the "heroic operation."

Also on Monday, the Zionist army opened fire toward Palestinian homes and farmlands near borders between the Gaza Strip and the Occupied Territories, witnesses said reporting no casualties.

The Zionist entity established a 300-meter buffer zone along its border with the Gaza Strip, shooting at Palestinians who attempt to approach the border fence.
