In support of Egypt’s Arab identity and in support of the Egyptian people's revolution against the Camp David regime, the Lebanese national forces and parties held on Monday a ceremony at Ghobeiry square, Beirut, in which different speeches were delivered.

YOU CANNOT BUT BE PIONEERS OF CHANGE AND REFORM
The head of the Change and Reform parliamentary bloc MP Michel Aoun was the first to address the ceremony. He hoped that the Egyptians may soon start their reform movement. "You cannot but be the pioneers of change and reform in ensuring Egypt's future and defending its history," the General said, addressing the Egyptian revolutionist youth. He also praised the Egyptian people for overcoming attempts to create Christian-Muslim strife in their country.

Aoun emphasized that Lebanon has succeed in achieving change without resorting to violence and noted that it has also managed to overcome plans to create sectarian strife in the country. "Lebanon is on the verge of launching a reform movement," he said.

FROM PIONEER TO SUBORDINATE STATE
The head of the Ittihad movement former minister Abdul Rahim Mrad said in turn that the unfair regime in Egypt has profaned the history of the resistant country. He emphasized that the current regime’s oppressing leadership has changed Cairo’s national identity since the Camp David accord and has turned Egypt from a pioneer state to a subordinate one. While praising the revolution in Egypt, Mrad stressed that Egypt should restore its pioneer historic role.

US-BACKED REGIMES WILL COLLAPSE
For his part, the head of the Nasserite Popular Order former MP Oussama Saad said that all American-backed regimes in the region will collapse thanks to the Arab nation. He pointed to Egypt’s Arabic identity and said that the Egyptian patriotic people are taking revenge by toppling the regime of conspiracies against the Resistance. He said that the revolution will continue until the departure of embattled President Hosni Mubarak and the main constituents of his regime. Saad also called the new Lebanese government to consolidate the internal unity in the face of all internal and external pressures.

LEBANON OVERCAME SEDITION SCHEMES
The Lebanese Communist Party Secretary-General Khaled Hadada, meanwhile, said that the resignation of the Lebanese government headed by Saad Hariri constituted a historical step that protected Lebanon from the sedition which was plotted under the pretext of the international tribunal. He urged the new government to be formed by Prime Minister-Designate Najib Miqati to work for democratic change. “Otherwise, the Lebanese nation will be ready to overcome all parties to reach real change.”

REVOLUTIONS ARE PRODUCT OF RESISTANCE
The Islamic Tawhid movement’s Secretary General Sheikh Bilal Shaaban said in turn that revolutions in the Arab states are the product of the Resistance and the Intifada. He stressed that change takes place thanks to the Resistance, not the United States.

EGYPTIAN NATION PROVED READINESS FOR CHALLENGE
The Mourabitoun leader Brigadier General Mustafa Hamdan said that the Egyptian people decided to stop surrendering to the will of the Pharaon, in reference to embattled President Hosni Mubarak, and revolt against his regime. He stressed that the Egyptian people has surprise all those who ignore their real curriculum vitae and proved to the whole world the Egyptian ability to accept challenge.

LET’S TOPPLE NEW MIDEAST PROJECT!
The head of the Arab Tawhid movement former minister Wiam Wahhab expressed hope that the revolution in Egypt would continue to overthrow the spying regime produced by the foreign decision and will until toppling the Camp David accord. He called on the Egyptian nation to unite in order to topple the New Middle East Project. He said that the Egyptian nation is today getting rid of the Pharaon, in reference to President Hosni Mubarak.
