A number of militants in Tripoli opened fire today at a citizen (Hasan Mazloum) who was inside his car.

The gunfire caused the vehicle to derail off the road and hit a passing by woman. She died instantly.

The militants then continued shooting Mazloum and killed him.

Later on, fierce clashes erupted between Jabal Mohsen and Bab al-Tabannah.

Eleven-year-old Ahmad al-Sayyed was instantly killed today as he received a sniping bullet.

The continuous sniping also hit citizen Mahmoud Fakhreddine in the head. He was immediately transferred to a nearby hospital for treatment.
