The opposing UK-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said "members of the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) withdrew at dawn today from Saraqeb to Sermin."

"ISIL withdrew (from Saraqeb) after their situation there became very hard... and after they were besieged by other militant groups from all sides," it added.

Dozens of ISIL fighters were killed or injured in the fighting for Saraqeb, where a major battle pitting broke out Monday.

In Aleppo countryside, a booby-trapped car exploded next to al-Batoul Mosque in Zabdeyyeh neighborhood, without marking losses.

ISIL also fiercely clashed with the other militant groups in the towns of Jarablus and Ajel, what led to losses among both sides and to the field progress of the militant groups.
